• We obtain relevant permissions on your behalf from relative Local planning authority, Building control, Party Wall etc.,
• We agree a time scale to complete your project
• Keep to the schedule and inform you of any issues that may arise during construction and find cost effective solutions
• Completion to the detail as agreed on specification agreement with the cleint (You)
• Handover as agreed with the client (You)
